4. Course Access
Courses are accessible exclusively online through the member area of the website. No physical materials are shipped.
Access is strictly personal and reserved for the registered user.
Lifetime access is granted on the current platform upon confirmation of payment.
If the website is modified, replaced or transferred to another platform, the buyer’s access will be maintained and reassigned on the new platform at no additional cost.
5. Prices and Payment Methods

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable regulations for digital content, the buyer expressly agrees to immediate access to the course and acknowledges the waiver of the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
However, as a commercial gesture, Tristan Saint-Michel offers a 14-day satisfaction or refund guarantee under strict conditions.
A refund may be granted, at the sole discretion of the publisher, only if:
- the buyer considers that the course does not correspond to the description provided on the sales page
- and less than five percent (5%) of the course content has been viewed, as measured by the platform tracking system
This threshold is considered sufficient to evaluate the quality and relevance of the course.

7. Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or external causes beyond his control.

Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

In case of loss of the code, the buyer may contact customer support to verify authenticity and request a new delivery.
