2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of digital products granting access to drawing and painting courses.
3. Offers Available
The following offers are available:
Complete Drawing Course
Lifetime access for a total price of 149 EUR
Complete Painting Course
Lifetime access for a total price of 179 EUR
Combined Drawing and Painting Course
Lifetime access for a total price of 249 EUR
Flexible payment plans in two or three installments may be available at checkout.
4. Course Access
Courses are accessible exclusively online through the member area of the website. No physical materials are shipped.
Access is strictly personal and reserved for the registered user.
Lifetime access is granted on the current platform upon confirmation of payment.
If the website is modified, replaced or transferred to another platform, the buyer’s access will be maintained and reassigned on the new platform at no additional cost.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are displayed in EUR and do not include applicable taxes, which may vary depending on the buyer’s country of residence and local regulations.
Any applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT or similar consumption taxes, are calculated automatically at checkout and added to the final amount payable in accordance with the laws of the buyer’s country.
Payments are secured and may be made by credit or debit card via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.
6. 48-Hour Free Trial
A 48-hour free trial is available when selecting one of the flexible payment plans in two or three installments at checkout.
The one-time payment option does not include a free trial.
By starting the free trial, the student acknowledges that access to the digital content begins immediately and expressly agrees that this immediate access results in a waiver of the fourteen day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations governing digital content.
During the 48-hour trial period, the student has full access to the course content.
To avoid being charged, the student must cancel the trial before the end of the 48-hour period.
Cancellation must be completed directly from the student account area.
If the trial is not canceled before it expires, the selected payment plan will automatically begin.
The responsibility to cancel the trial before its expiration lies solely with the student.
7. Liability
The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or external causes beyond his control.
The courses are intended for personal educational use only. Any sharing, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including videos, texts, images and documents, is protected by copyright law.
All educational materials are strictly reserved for personal use. It is strictly forbidden to download, copy, share, distribute, resell or make the content available to third parties in any form without prior written authorization from the publisher.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
9. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for subscription management and communication with users.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.
Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data by submitting a request via the contact email address.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.
11. Gift Cards
Gift cards grant access to the online courses offered on the website. They are delivered by email in the form of a PDF document containing a unique single use code.
Gift cards are personal and the code may only be used once. The code must not be shared. Any fraudulent or shared use may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Activation of the code implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In case of loss of the code, the buyer may contact customer support to verify authenticity and request a new delivery.
